The chairman of INEC, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, handed the certificate to Senator Tinubu, and the vice president-elect, Kashim Shettima on Wednesday.

He addressed the youth saying he understand that many may have been hurt that their candidate did not win but they must work together to make Nigeria Work.
He added that, Nigeria will soon see a young person standing before you and holding the symbol of nationhood’
The President Elect described the certificate as a symbol of what “each of us can achieve “
He admonished Nigerians to shun every basis and move the country forward.
