Minister of Labour and Employment Simon Bako Lalong and immediate past Governor of Plateau State has visited the residence of the Envulus in Jos to console them over the death of their father, late Pa Jonathan Jatau Envulu who died recently.

Hon. Minister of Labour and Employment stated that Pa Jonathan Envulu who is the father of Josiah Envulu, official photographer to the Minister of Labour and Employment died on Wednesday 11th October in Jos.
Lalong while commiserating with the widow of the deceased and other members of the family said the late Pa Envulu was a man of peace who lived a productive life and impacted on the society positively.
He said Plateau and Nasarawa States as well as Nigeria benefited a lot from his contributions in the years he served in various sectors of the communication industry such as TT&T, NTA and PRTVC before his retirement.
He asked the family to be consoled by the fact that he left behind worthy legacies of love and compassion and a good name that will last for many years to come.
Responding on behalf of the family, younger brother of the deceased Mr. Ayuba Envulu thanked the Minister for taking time out to personally visit the family which shows the great consideration he has for them.
He thanked him for upholding their son who has worked with him over the years as official photographer and prayed that his mentoring of the younger generation will continue.
