The Platea State Inter-Faith Council has drawn the attention of members of the public about the activities of some unscrupulous elements parading themselves as leaders of the council thereby dragging the esteem name of the group to the mud.
According to a statement signed by its Chairman , Professor Pandam Yamsat strongly disassociated itself from the purported World Press Conference organized by these imposters who are out to satisfy the whims and caprices of their paymasters.
Yamsat explained that at no time did the group ever sat down and took the decision to address a World Press Conference to criticize or condemned the decisions or the Court of Appeal nullifying the election of the People’s Democratic Candidates in the 2023 general conducted in the state.
The statement called in the general public to disregard any Press Statement emanating from the group, as they are doing so for their selfish interest which does not represent the activities of the Plateau State Inter-Faith Council.
