The Plateau State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress very specially congratulates the immediate past Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives , HE Rt. Hon Ahmed Idris Wase, CON on his unanimous affirmation by the three- man panel of erudite Appeal Tribunal Judges as the Hon. Member Representing Wase Federal Constituency of Plateau State.
The former Deputy Speaker convincingly won his election in the February 25th, 2023 Natioan Assembly polls, being the fifth time, to represent the good people of Wase Federal Constituency but who was challenged at the Election Petition Tribunal by the structureless PDP in the state which he was adjudged as the clear winner.
The APC in the state saw the challenge of his victory by the rudderless PDP in Plateau state as an unnecessary distraction from his very impressive performance at the Green Chamber and unsurpassed provision of democracy dividends not only to his constituents but the entire Plateau State.
With the affirmation of this quintessential, consumate and ranking Parliamentarian and our son in whom we are proud of, we remain very confident that he will continue to attract more projects to the state in line with his trajectory as a dogged fighter for his people.
The entire APC family in the state warmly rejoices with His Excellency on this well -deserved victory which is a victory for democracy and the rule of law.
