The Plateau State ruling People’s Democratic Party PDP has fire back at opposition All Progressive Congress APC in the State
The PDP in a statement made available to Newsmen and was signed by Alh. Mairake Yaro Acting Publicity Secretary Peoples Democratic Party,
Plateau State Chapter stated that Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) wishes to address recent development and statement by the failed All Progressive Congress (APC), regarding governance and future of plateau state.
The party was amazed to see opposition leaders that can’t even delivered their poling units nor wards gathered in Lafia, Nasarawa State to decide 2027. Laughably presented as a strategic meeting, predictably ended in a meaningless gyration which only highlight was to have a free lunch in a government house.
The PDP is curious about the opposition’s sudden preference for Lafia over Abuja. We shudder to ask ? Have they fallen out of favor with Mr. President, or support base shrinking faster than expected? At this rate, we wouldn’t be surprised if their next strategic meeting take place in Niger Republic or even Burkina Faso.
The story of the opposition while in power from 2015-2023 was the worst nightmare of Plateau people in their entire history, leading to their overwhelming defeat in the 2023 general elections. They have now seem poised for another defeat in 2027 and read as follows:

The PDP advices the opposition to apologize to the people of Plateau State for the wasted years marked by stagnation and regression. It is the PDP that is now tasked with rectifying the extensive damage left behind by the APC misrule.
If the progress achieved in one year under Gov.Mutfwang leadership has unsettled them to the extent of holding a reconciliatory meeting in Lafia, one can only wonder where his achievements in the second year will drive them to?
Gov. Mutfwang a God-fearing and visionary leader of the people will graciously approve Azi Nyako Youth Centre in Jos for the next ‘reconciliatory meeting’. His achievements and accomplishments serve as an inspiration, not only to the PDP but also to other leaders across the country. His visionary leadership is driving sustainable development and improving the lives of the common people in the state.
As Gov. Mutfwang continues to lead with his exceptional vision, the PDP is steadfast in its commitment to collaborating closely with the governor to ensure a prosperous and inclusive future for all.
